KEY LIFE SKILLS IN CFTSS PROGRAM AT INTERBOROUGH

IDCC PROVIDES THE FOLLOWING CFTSS SERVICES:

IDCC offers key CFTSS services including:
  • Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR): Focused on enhancing daily living skills and fostering independence.
  • Community Psychiatric Supports and Treatment (CPST) Services: Providing comprehensive community-based psychiatric support and treatment.

These services are designed to support and empower individuals in their journey towards mental wellness.

WHO CAN RECEIVE THESE SERVICES?

Children and youth (under age 21) with mental health and/or substance use needs, covered by Medicaid, are eligible for our CFTSS. These services are fully covered by Medicaid or Medicaid Managed Care plans, ensuring no additional cost.

THE APPLICATION PROCESS

Embarking on the journey to access Children and Family Treatment and Support Services (CFTSS) for your child at IDCC is a straightforward process. Here are the steps:
  • Initial Contact: If interested in services for your child, call IDCC at 929-273-7601 ext: 432 to set up an assessment.
  • Convenient Assessment: A licensed practitioner will visit your preferred location to conduct a thorough assessment of your child's needs.
  • Service Determination: Following the assessment, we'll identify the most suitable services for your child.
  • Service Location Choice: You have the flexibility to choose where the finalized services will be provided.
